| All prices are per apartment and include VAT at 17.5% All apartments have a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds, lounge with sofa bed and kitchen area,bathroom with bath and shower over and balcony overlooking the river and bridge. They will sleep a family of four ( 2 adults and 2 children) or a maximum of three adults. A deposit of £100.00 will secure a booking. Full payments must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival. In case of cancellation a charge of 75% of the total booking cost will be made if we are unable to re-let the apartment. Deposits are non refundable. All linen and towels are provided and rooms serviced each day and fresh towels supplied. All have TV & DVD, wireless internet, welcome tray, security safe, hairdryer, trouser press, over, hob, fridge, microwave and central heating. Laundry room available for guests use at an extra cost. All apartment guests are welcome to have Breakfast at a daily rate of £10.00 per adult, 3-5 years £3.00, 5-10 years £4.00 and 10-15 years £6.00 per child. The Restaurant and Bar are for the use of apartment and hotel guests. |
